One of the new exercise trends this year includes downloading popular fitness apps, such as Body by Kayla and Yoga Studio App. These apps make it easier than ever to fit in a workout you like even without the gym or studio. Online communities, such as Tone It Up, offer support and other ways to get social with members.

Experiential Fitness
Whether you live near the ocean or have a national forest as your backyard, there is something experiential waiting for you! Taking advantage of your natural surroundings is one the best (and most fun) ways to stay fit.
